Delivery Times:

Please allow up to 2 working days for the preparation of the orders. Order will be processed immediately, if they are placed between Monday to Friday. While orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Same is the process for any holiday, and these are processed on the next working day. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payments will be collected at the time of delivery from the shipping address.

Please note: All Cash on Delivery orders are subject to verification/call confirmation from the details provided in the shipping section. By verifying the phone number during order placement, your order is confirmed automatically.

Shipping &Customs duties:

Shipping charges are based on the destination, size and weight of your order. Any duties, if applicable will be paid by the customer.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Make sure to check your spam folder as well. Sana Safinaz may cancel orders for any reason.

Common reasons include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Cash on Delivery orders will be cancelled, if they are not confirmed within 10 days of order placement.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

• What is our return policy?

We currently have a return policy of 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our conditions*.

* Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Product tags should be intact.

• Did you receive any faulty or wrong products?

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods. If you think there is a fault with an item or it does not conform to the product you have ordered, you can return it back to us. Email us your query along with the picture of the defect as proof. If any product is unsatisfactory due to defective workmanship or materials, we will replace or refund you the purchase price.

• Will shipping charges be refunded?

We offer full refund for defective items ONLY.

• How will I receive my refund?

After the item is retrieved, we will refund the eligible amount as follows:
For Cash on Delivery Orders within Karachi, refund can be collected from our head office. Orders outside Karachi will be issued a pay order in the name of the customer mentioned in the shipping details.

For orders paid using credit/debit card or Paypal, refund will be credited into the same account. It takes up to 5 working days for online refund to reflect on your statement.

Please allow us up to 7 days for the refund to be processed after goods are received.

Returns, Exchanges& refunds will only be facilitated for the goods purchased through www.sanasafinaz.com only.

Goods & items purchased on Sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods.

• Can I order custom sizes?

All products on the website are according to the company standard sizes. No alteration or custom sizes are available.
